WINTER 1-on-1 Training

This option is intended for individual training so that the sole focus is on the goalkeeper attending.

Winter Training Academy

A winter training academy where there is a week-by-week curriculum built where we continuously grow and develop our Goalkeeping skills from the ground up!

We have officially announced our WINTER TRAINING dates & times! For more information, please contact ARS GK Academy Director Anthony Szymel – 630-217-8161 or ARSGKAcademy@gmail.com.

Trainings will be held throughout the winter and hosted at Woodridge ARC (8201 Janes Ave, Woodridge, IL 60517). The cost per GK is $50 per session. For additional information please contact ARS GK Academy Director, Anthony Szymel. Training will be held on Saturday mornings, 7:30-8:30am starting November 9, 2024 and running through the end of March, 2025.

Small Group Training

Training with other goalkeepers just like you. Training with GK’s that are the same age and/or level so we can all help each other grow!

Intended for 2-6 GK's at a time

Goalkeepers and Strikers Combined Training

Start off with small group training with goalkeepers to train the technical side. Will combine with a group of strikers to work on real life and game like situations.

Summer Group Training

Small group training over the summer months to keep you sharp and fine-tune your skills. Stay sharp and gain an edge working hard over the summer!
